The Environmental Working Group (EWG) produces a list annually of the top 15 cleanest crops in the US. These foods have been tested and based on the samples contain the least amount of agricultural chemicals.
Chemicals in our diet are linked to many problems including inflammation, pain, allergies and inability to lose weight.
If you want to reduce your exposure to chemicals, it’s nice to know which foods are less contaminated, especially if you can’t buy everything organic.
